Parkwood by Emaar is a mixed residential development within Dubai Hills Estate, Emaar's 11 million square metre master community positioned between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina along the Mohammed Bin Rashid City corridor. The project delivers 487 units across a combination of low-rise buildings, comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments alongside a limited collection of three-bedroom townhouses. Apartment sizes start from approximately 727 square feet for a one-bedroom home, 1,071 square feet for a two-bedroom, and 1,577 square feet for a three-bedroom, while the townhouses are considerably more spacious at 3,844 to 3,868 square feet, reflecting their multi-storey private layout. All residences feature open-plan layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, and kitchen-fitted finishes as standard. The amenity programme at Parkwood is particularly notable for its leisure variety: an outdoor cinema and amphitheatre, landscaped event garden, a swimming pool, children's playground, jogging track, outdoor gym, yoga room, skate bowl, sports courts, picnic areas, a pet park, and a tree grove give the community a park-campus character in keeping with the wider Dubai Hills Estate greenery ethos.
