Muraba Veil

Muraba Veil is an ultra-luxury residential tower by Muraba Properties in Al Wasl, Dubai, situated at 58 B Street in one of the city's most coveted central neighbourhoods. The building is designed by RCR Arquitectes, the Barcelona-based studio that holds the Pritzker Prize — architecture's highest honour — and is known internationally for projects that merge material minimalism with a deep engagement with landscape and light. For Muraba Veil, RCR drew on ancient principles of house design to create a tower conceived as a private sanctuary: a structure that rises to offer residents a retreat from the city while remaining embedded within it. The architectural concept integrates water features, greenery, and climate-controlled open spaces at every level, so each residence connects outward to pools and landscaped planting rather than merely to a view corridor. Ground-level reception areas feature vegetation and giant palms; underground facilities are designed as a shaded oasis for physical restoration; and rooftop spaces extend the building's programming upward with pools and dining. The overall positioning targets high-net-worth residents who place privacy, architectural provenance, and a nature-connected living environment above conventional luxury metrics.
